ABOUT THE BUILDING
The new building is located at 1301 2nd Avenue SW in Largo Florida between 13th Street SW and 14th Street SW. Primary access to the parking garage is on 14th St. SW.

Development of the Diagnostic Clinic medical office building began in 2007. It cost approximately $32 million to build.

The Greenfield Group (Boca Raton) developed this facility as a joint venture with Diagnostic Clinic owner/physicians. Leighton-McGinn is general contractor and Glidden, Spina and Partners are project architects.

The building is 155,000 square foot medical facility with six floors, five of which are occupied by Diagnostic Clinic.

The facility upgraded all patient waiting and exam rooms, enhanced concierge services and state-of-the art technology, including check-in kiosks for improved customer experience. Healthy Living videos and patient education materials are all part of the welcome and wellness experience.

Walgreen’s has a pharmacy on the second floor so that guests can fulfill prescriptions transmitted online from their physician's office after their appointment. In fact, Diagnostic Clinic has offered E-prescribe since Jan. 2009 in keeping with their commitment to using technology to provide ease of service to its guests.

General Electric and Diagnostic Clinic premieres a new digital imaging and diagnostic suite for quicker and more detailed results in the new facility. This cost approximately $6 million dollars.

Other partnerships are planned for the new building, including patient lounges for major retirement communities, local art gallery, and wellness seminars/support groups. The new building is one of the anchors in the evolving "Medical Arts District" on the West Bay corridor of Largo.
